If Lebara 4G is not working, first, check if there is an outage going on and if you have credits remaining. Then, toggle airplane mode on/off and after that, proceed to power cycle your device. Check your Lebara profile and see if mobile data is activated.

Credit validity
Lebara credit never expires. But you do have to call, send a text message, use data or top up once every 90 days, or else your services will be blocked. You then have 30 days to top up before your phone number is permanently deleted. This is stated in section 3.6 of our General Terms and Conditions.

What is the code to borrow data?
Dial *321#. A prompt will ask you to choose to borrow airtime or borrow data. Select the borrow data option. A list of data bundles you qualify for will pop up.
